This was fuuuun to draw. ^^ I used an nibbed ink pen to outline, then used colored pencils for the rest. I tried to do some hair shine, but it didn't work out so well...so if anyone has good advice or knows some good hair shine tutorials, don't hesitate to tell me! ^^
Just to clear this up, no, she's not picking her nose(thanks a lot, Mom ). She's pointing up to her halo and wings. Illusion! ^^
The background, though you can't really see it, is light green. ^^
Togas are so fun to draw...I'm working on an awesome design. ^^

God, I love the hair! I can't draw hair to save my life. It ends up looking like a blob attatched to somebody's head.
I'd suggest working on the arms/figure a bit more--I find a wooden mannequin helps a lot (if you buy one, spring. Cheaper, smaller ones can't do certain poses). Good job on the hands, too.
Some other problem areas, but overall, great.
