Like the title says! I woke up this morning wondering if others regard the Fourth of July like I do. Really, it's become just another holiday to many people, when it's supposed to mean so much more. Personally, I want the Fourth to mean more to people, myself included. It's more than just a day when we have red, white, and blue dress and cake and parties. It's more than a celebration of independence. It's a celebration of the sacrifice that many people made, so that today I could be free. How many died before America was 'independent'? How many died so I could have my rights, my freedom? How many died just so the government could screw around the way it is now?

It really makes a person think...

But yeah. I'm determined that today is going to be more than just a USA Colors day.

Anyhow...man. I need to update mah journal more than once every two months, eh? Once a month feels like it's too little, but I can't do it every day. Once a week would probably be good, but...it depends, I guess. I want to do it more than once a month, though.

I went strawberry picking on Monday; it was funness. ^^
